Great item, customer service needs improvement

The trainers arrived, eventually, and they are really well done. The product is great and I’m sure my daughter will be happy when I give them to her.
The turn around time from placing the order to receiving it is long. I didn’t realise the length when ordering and it’s not made very clear, although it is stated. I contacted the customer service a couple of times regarding the delivery time and I just felt concerned that this company wasn’t legit. The emails I received back from them were just blunt and not very helpful, this is my only criticism.
All in all though, the trainers are great, could have been 5 stars if communication was better
