Shipping policy

Your customs may take up to 3-5 weeks to be shipped This is because the customisation of the shoe starts after the order is placed and I will have have to wait till the new plain shoe arrives to me which depends on the courier service. Please understand that the time taken for the shoes to arrive to me and the time it takes to get delivered to you is out of my control. Customising shoes require an immense amount of time in order to produce the best quality shoes for your satisfaction. However, I will try my best to ship the customs in the shortest time possible while ensuring that your customs are of high quality. 

Custom shoes that require high detail such as the LV inspired shoes, Burberry inspired shoes , Fendi, Bape, Gucci, Dior etc may take up to 5-6 weeks as they take longer than other shoes due to the extra amount of detail needed ! 

Sometimes there might be delays for receiving the shoes as some sizes are out of stock and are taking longer to deliver, so if that is the case , please understand that your processing time will take longer than usual and please understand that this is not up to us. 

Getting the shoes delivered to us later than usual and sizes not being available is rare ,however if that happens it make take upto 2 weeks extra for you to receive your order. However please note that this is a rare situation and if this is the case we will notify you about the delay if we are to exceed the time frame.

You will be notified when your customs are finished and ready to be sent by email (tracking number included in email)
